It's always a real pleasure to dine in this cozy atmosphere. I'm never disappointed by the delicious and generous portions, perfect for an evening meal. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients.

We came for a weekend, Saturday and Sunday, with room, spa, meals, and breakfast included. When we booked, there was no option to choose the time for the spa and restaurant. Upon arrival, we received no information about this despite asking. There was also no information about the spa, where to get there, or how it works; we were simply told to come to reception whenever we wanted to go. At the end of the day, we went down to reception, and to our surprise, the young woman at the reception desk informed us that the spa wasn't booked and therefore we wouldn't have access! Unhappy, we returned to our room and went back down to reception, where we met another qualified person who found us a time slot in the early evening and rescheduled our restaurant reservation to make everything work. Just so you know, the spa is outdoors; you have to walk through the park in a bathrobe and slippers! There is a changing room at the spa, but there's only one changing cubicle, which isn't ideal for storing your belongings since everyone has access to it and there are no lockers. To our surprise, the jacuzzi was outside and not at all hot, so you can imagine how quickly we got in and out! The room itself was otherwise very decent and clean, as was the hotel. The evening meal was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient. However, we were more than disappointed with breakfast. We arrived at 9:30 am (check-in is until 10:00 am) and were surprised to find there were no pastries, cakes, or other sweets, no cottage cheese, just two croutons, and a few cold cuts and cheeses. We asked the young woman to replenish the food, and she replied that there was nothing left and that everything else was there... Several other people arrived after us, also dissatisfied, and made comments. Then, at 10:00 am, the young woman started bringing out a platter of salmon, cold cuts, bread, brioche... just when almost no one else was there and everyone was finishing their meals. I suspect some of the staff are inexperienced, which contributes to the poor service and poor customer care, and perhaps there's a lack of supervision. It's a shame to have paid so much for this return, but why not repeat the experience later with more qualified staff and up-to-date service?

I've been enjoying a restful night here for several nights now. The rooms are excellent. The reception staff are welcoming from morning till night, providing truly attentive service, and the same goes for the bar and restaurant. As a frequent guest, I can attest that the service and comfort are consistently perfect. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you to the entire team.

We had a very relaxing weekend at the hotel. The setting is truly peaceful, the room was spotless, and the meal was delicious. However, the breakfast was rather meager, which was a bit disappointing. Another minor drawback was that the spa wasn't private. But overall, it was a lovely experience, and I recommend it!
