**Rating: 5/5 – A magical interlude and exceptional dining!** Honestly, excellent! The hotel truly lives up to its name and reputation; it's a standard worthy of a superb 4-star establishment. I was lucky enough to go when it was practically empty, which made the experience magical, as if the spa were private. My absolute favorite: the outdoor jacuzzi nestled in the heart of the forest—it was simply magnificent. The rest of the facilities (sauna, hammam) are impeccably clean. A big thank you also for the complimentary tea room, which offers a wide selection of delicious local and artisanal teas. The service is very responsive: the kettle was out of order that day, and I was immediately brought a beautiful cast-iron teapot with a smile. A huge congratulations to the chef of "La Table de François," who deserves a gold trophy! I highly recommend dining there: the cuisine is exceptional, with unique flavors I've never tasted anywhere else, all at unbeatable prices. A huge thank you to the entire kitchen team and the servers, you're all fantastic! My only slight criticism concerns the hotel reception, which could be clearer: the room key card system is a bit confusing, and more details about the spa could be provided (specifying that there's no need to bring a bathrobe as everything is provided, but that you should bring your own slippers as they are not). You leave feeling completely refreshed. I recommend it 200%, an exceptional stay!

My wife and I had dinner there on Saturday, July 4th. The welcome and service were top-notch, the meal excellent, and the view of the park magnificent. We will gladly return.

We thoroughly enjoyed the menu. The food was excellent, and the waitress's suggestions were top-notch – pleasant, smiling, and attentive. It was a truly relaxing experience in a magnificent setting that invited contemplation. We'll definitely be back.

This establishment is clearly geared towards groups and has the capacity to accommodate them. The place is beautiful, the setting magnificent and very well maintained. A small room was reserved for us, 20 people… no air conditioning, which was a shame. The food was excellent, everything was refined. As for the service, nothing serious, lots of young people who were sometimes hesitant, but all very friendly. Knowing how difficult it is to find staff in the restaurant industry, we can forgive that. However, there was no one to greet us… In conclusion, a good overall experience.

My family and I found ourselves in an unfortunate situation last year when our van had broken down on the side of the motorway hours into our two week holiday in August. Our three young children were particularly upset. We had to find alternative accommodation as we tried to find help to fix our van. We booked into this hotel as it was nearby. What a blessing it was. We were incredibly grateful for the kindness of strangers, as we sought help to fix our van and continue with our holiday. The staff were so incredibly kind. The lovely lady on reception went above and beyond to help us, helping to translate and make suggestions each day. We will always be incredibly grateful for the compassion that we were shown. It was sadly not the holiday we planned, however we will always be grateful for the lovely people we met.

A lovely establishment in a beautiful green setting, tastefully decorated. The welcome was warm and efficient. We had dinner at the restaurant with the "evening stopover" package. The portions were generous and the dishes, beautifully presented, were very good. Breakfast also received a very high rating, with quality products, several varieties of bread and artisanal pastries, cheeses, fruit salad, and "homemade" fruit juice: fresh and delicious. If the opportunity arises, we will return without hesitation.
