Hotel very in keeping with the environment, very medieval. Very spacious room and renovated bathroom. The breakfast was very complete and good. But I want to highlight the kindness of the owner. Despite not speaking Spanish, we were able to understand each other. Thank you very much!!!

This Place is fantastic the owners were so kind in letting us stay when we couldn't find a room for the night and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything about hotel, owners and the breakfast delightful.

We stayed at the Escuelle des Chevaliers! This week-end ! In order to celebrate our future groom! We were welcomed in a chivalrous atmosphere! Everything was there! Costumes! Service ! Colloquial language of the time! All in a sumptuous setting! I'm not talking about the dishes served! Sketch! The groom was over the moon as were the 7 knights who accompanied him! Cordes is a place apart, unique. The Escuelle des Chevaliers is its setting, magnificent in its authenticity, in its 13th century stones, right down to the welcome, the comfort, and the generosity of Claude and Michel. L'Escuelle adorns itself with their smile, like Cordes of the sky and its azure. Wonderful, for more than ten years, I have been going there.
