Excellent dinner this evening, July 31st, to conclude our stay in Bandol!
My husband and I enjoyed everything: the warm welcome, the perfect meal (the foie gras was delicious, the John Dory cooked to perfection, and the chocolate-themed dessert was to die for!), the thoughtful touches (the chef's marshmallows at the end of the meal... my husband almost took the jar home with him...). In short, thank you for this wonderful experience.

Excellent work both in the dining room and the kitchen. It's a small restaurant with only one seating, which makes us their priority. A wonderful experience with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Beautiful flavors in expertly prepared dishes. Thank you.

Second lunch at L'Espérance and just as satisfied as before. Flawless! Everything is excellent, and the portions are very generous. The presentation of the dishes is exquisite, and the tableware is beautifully chosen, which is also a pleasure to behold. The service is perfect. No waiting at all, even though the owner is alone in the dining room. She is very friendly and discreet. Kudos to the owner who is single-handedly in the kitchen and delights our taste buds! There aren't many tables, so there's no hustle and bustle, which is also very much appreciated. A lovely selection of local wines.

Fantastic food & great service
Our visit to L’Espérance was a real highlight. A superb experience from start to finish! The meat was cooked to perfection and of outstanding quality. The dessert was also simply delicious and a wonderful ending. Add to that the incredibly friendly service, which made the evening perfect. If you're looking for a great meal in Bandol, this is the place to go! ✨🇫🇷

Refined classic cuisine, pleasant and quiet dining room, impeccable service.
Very reasonable prices, including the wines.
20 or 30% more expensive than the local eateries, but this is a different league. Exceptional value for money.
