An excellent address. It's the best tarte flambée in Alsace cooked over a wood fire and I've tried many! Also delicious is the Grand Marnier apple flambée tart 👍👏 The welcome is friendly and the service is fast and efficient. I highly recommend. This is our favorite winstub.

Pros: The best Flammkuchen I've ever eaten. I was recommended by a friend and it really didn't disappoint. It worths to make a detour if you're visiting Strasbourg. Cons: it's difficult to make a reservation, since it can only be made by phone, during opening hours. There's no internet site nor email...

03/09/2024: Very good tartes flambées. Pleasant terrace. Not a friendly welcome from the manager. When we arrived at 9 p.m., we were made to feel that we were disturbing. Waitress who subsequently raised the level.
02/09/2024: I came to eat on August 26 and I was greeted by a visually warm lady but in reality who at first did not want to accept us even though we had reservations and started to raise her voice. In the end it turned out that she had made a mistake in her writing. The young waiter Lucas really made us have a good time in joy and good humor with excellent service. for our first time at this restaurant the evening was pleasant with excellent pie. Looking forward to coming back to be served by this young man.
