Very nice, relaxed, open-air atmosphere, shaded, and very good. A true holiday restaurant.

Excellent restaurant in a pleasant setting. The welcome was perfect, the service quick, and the portions very generous. We ordered one starter for two and received our starters on two separate plates. What more could you ask for? Go without hesitation!

Everything is absolutely top-notch!!! An extremely pleasant welcome, dishes that are works of art, all prepared with great taste at a more than reasonable price.

This restaurant has practically become my daily relaxation spot. I often spend time there unwinding. The service is impeccable, with a solid and well-organized team: Fabrice, Alex, and Stéphane, the chef. What stands out most is the atmosphere: you're greeted with a smile, in a relaxed and consistently welcoming environment. In the kitchen, having a true chef makes all the difference. You find expertise, consistency, and a real mastery of the dishes. It's simple, clean, and well-executed. The prices remain very affordable for the quality offered, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A whole team also works there to support the staff daily, although I can't mention everyone here. A big thank you to the entire team.

I'm a traveling salesman, and I eat out very regularly. This is one of the best daily specials I've ever had. The value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant; here, bistronomy isn't just a trendy concept, it's in their DNA. It's become rare, so don't miss it if you're in the area. The spirit of the South will welcome you in the shade of the plane trees.

We eat there regularly after the Saturday market and we're never disappointed, even though you have to book very early to get a table. Their grilled cuttlefish with aioli is amazing...

A superb experience at the Esplanade restaurant in Sommières. It was busy that day, as Saturday was market day and the weather was beautiful spring. Sheltered from the sun under ancient trees, a generous and delicious lunch was offered at a reasonable price.
