L'Esplanade sur Caluire-Et-Cuire

You absolutely must stop by. The view is magnificent, the owners incredibly friendly and full of humor. (I don't know about the food.) A cherished spot for so many years. In summer it's lovely, with a beautifully flowered terrace. In winter, amidst this array of somber hues, you'll find the sunniest camellias in the country.

Very friendly owner, thank you very much for your service, smile and your help in finding our way around! And also for your croque-monsieur made for us in the middle of the afternoon. The terrace is really quiet, really pleasant, it was relaxing to come here after a 4-hour drive! Thank you!
