L'esprit sur Venarey-Les-Laumes

Edel and Jules provided wonderful service and were friendly and considerate throughout our stay both in Eylau and L’Esprit Nouveau Restaurants! They made our dining experience very pleasant!

Although I waited longer than I should have for my food the restaurant manger con’d me for it. This was an excellent gesture which I accepted. Other than that the hotel restaurant ambiance was very relaxing. Thanks staff!!

On our vacation in Paris, we had a delightful breakfast every day at L'Eprit Nduveau restaurant. Grace, Bruno, Sangye, and all the restaurant staff provided exceptional and professional service, ensuring we were well taken care of. The service was top-notch, and the food was delicious. It was truly an unforgettable experience that we highly recommend to all our acquaintances.

Hilton Canopy Paris EDEL WAS SUPER PROFESSIONAL, CHARMING AND HOSPITABLE!

Sanzida was an excellent waitress. She was kind and resilient subsequently creating a peaceful and helpful environment

Luison is very helpful!! Solid included breakfast, request the french toast as it’s included!

Gluten free pastries should NOT be with gluten pastries. Anyone with an allergy or celiac would never chance being sick from the surrounding crumbs. But love the inclusion.

Amazing and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend

The brunches were fabulous — especially the Scottish salmon, the ratatouille, the omelettes, and Stella’s smile!

Loved all the employees here. Especially Stella. Always attentive and pleasant. Could not not have asked for anything more. My experience at Canopy Eiffel Tower in Paris was fantastic.
