Moreover, the welcome was warm and the service quick.

A wonderful discovery! A charming little bistro, just the way we like them, serving local specialties and homemade food. Excellent value for money!
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. As I was looking for local cuisine while traveling in the area, I was delighted!
And a special mention for the waitresses who were so kind and friendly; they made me feel at ease very quickly. Thank you for the excellent service.

Whole duck breast with goat cheese and Espelette pepper sauce (a very successful combination). The "Coup Mousquetaire" (vanilla ice cream and raspberries, fresh raspberries, Armagnac) was very pleasant.
I recommend the beer brewed by the owners. The blonde ale is excellent, and I was lucky enough to taste the oldest recipe: an amber beer with a distinctive character, which is increasingly rare these days.
The service is impeccable and friendly.

It's just so wow here specially if you an aviation enthusiastic or aviation lover....the interior is so much into aviation vibes...with pictures and aircraft models everywhere. I just loved the ambience and the food too. It bit outskirt of the city.
By car you can easily reach.
If using public transport then Bus 30 stop Bordebasse is the nearest one. It is located behind the Toulouse airport.

From the warm welcome, through the presentation of the menu and the chef's suggestions highlighting local ingredients, to the service of beautifully prepared homemade dishes… perfect.
