From the warm welcome, through the presentation of the menu and the chef's suggestions highlighting local ingredients, to the service of beautifully prepared homemade dishes… perfect. Thank you to the entire team at L’esprit du Sud-Ouest, so well represented in your establishment. The decor is also much appreciated by aviation enthusiasts. Dinner had here. Yoan.

First time trying cassoulet at L’Esprit du Sud-Ouest, and what a great find! A generous and flavorful dish 😋 A little salty for my taste, but still very good. The starter was also good, and the price was reasonable. I recommend it!

30/04/2026: A lovely spot in the heart of Blagnac. The food is delicious, the welcome very warm, and it's a joy to be able to dine on a terrace sheltered from the noise of the street.

07/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant before catching our flight. What a pleasant surprise to find such a welcoming place! We ordered the set menu, which featured 100% homemade and delicious food. The manager and waiter were fantastic and always smiling. We highly recommend this restaurant.
