A great place for a tasty fusion Asian-French meal. The plates were all beautifully prepared and delicious and the staff was were friendly and professional. We will go back.

The cuisine is exactly what one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, with excellent execution and beautifully presented dishes. The service is equally impressive, professional, and attentive. The wine list is particularly varied, although the prices are rather high. The only drawback is the somewhat long wait between some courses, which slightly disrupts the enjoyment and flow of the meal. Overall, however, a very satisfying experience.

We had a great time last night, the 6-course menu was excellent, the establishment was full so there might have been a little longer waits between courses but very reasonable.

I have always preferred the authenticity of restaurants that showcase seasonal and local produce, imbued with a profound sense of soul, that blends flavor, aromatic complexity, and exquisite finesse, to the tables of other establishments where the focus is on mass-produced cocktails and unprocessed frozen foods. In this restaurant, there is no room for compromise: a genuine love for beautiful, high-quality ingredients, attentive yet unobtrusive service, a close-knit team, and remarkable cohesion in both the kitchen and dining room—a collective of truly exceptional professionals. Absolutely exquisite Breton blue lobster, remarkably tender pigeon, and seasonings that are always perfectly balanced and precise, enhancing the delicate flavors and transporting us to this Franco-Korean world. The desserts invite us to savor this suspended moment. I had the pleasure of tasting a glass of 2017 Vosne-Romanée from Domaine Arnoux Lachaux, which proved to be a perfect match with Breton lobster, and a Savigny-les-Beaune Climat Les Peuillet from Domaine Guyon with pigeon. The wine list boasts some of the finest selections in France, representing all regions, with carefully curated selections of hidden gems, some featured on the wine list and others aged in the cellar.
