The food was good, but there were some inconsistencies in quality between the tasting menu dishes, and the ambiance, while pleasant, could use a bit of updating.

I hadn't yet had the chance to leave a review, but it was high time I did, as we had such an exceptional time.

The Michelin-starred restaurant we've visited most often. For many years. Even before it received a star, actually. Always delighted. And so, for the first time, a slight dip in quality. Less inventive cuisine, less harmonious flavors. A stingy starter, a main course where the ceps (porcini mushrooms), served in seasoned but cold slices, didn't complement the warm fish, and finally, a dessert simply not up to Michelin-starred standards. Paradoxically, my wife's set menu was more coherent. Add to that a chef who seems to pick and choose which restaurants he visits, and the experience was disappointing. Let's just say it was simply an off day...
