Delicious from start to finish. A real treat!

A very good experience; the seven courses plus two desserts flowed together beautifully. The open kitchen at some tables is a real plus, allowing you to see the team at work and the meticulous attention to detail in certain preparations. I gave the service four stars because I felt it was a shame not to have the same server throughout the meal.

I was hesitant to go bc there is not clear menu to look up online. My boyfriend is highly allergic to onions, so it makes eating in Normandy quite difficult sometimes…..BUT IT WAS AMAZING!!! The kitchen was super friendly and worked around his allergy and offered alternatives for the services. I would also HIGHLY recommend trying thing you would not, for example I do not eat oysters or lobster, and I ate both and loved it here!! And for any other Americans out there…you might think that the portions are small in the pictures…..but the chefs/team has put much thought into each serving, I recommend the 6 course and I left PERFECTLY full!!! They have wine and champagne from local regions…so explore!! Everything was really amazing and this was my favorite meal in Deauville thus far!! 5 Stars

I opted for the six-course tasting menu. My only comment was that the time between courses seemed a bit long, especially between the second and third courses.

The service was impeccable and the meal delicious. The lunch menu offers excellent value for money, which is particularly appreciated for a fine dining restaurant. My only complaint concerns the vegetarian options. Although I informed them in advance of my dietary restrictions, no specific vegetarian dish was prepared. The fish was simply removed from the planned dish, which is quite disappointing: the price remains the same while the plate is left without a real source of protein or a truly well-prepared alternative (tofu, seitan, or other plant-based preparation). Instead, I received a plate of side dishes, admittedly well-prepared, but which do not constitute a proper replacement. This is a shame, as it contrasts with the overall quality of the experience. I hope that the restaurant will soon offer a genuine vegetarian option designed as a complete dish in its own right, rather than simply adapting the meat or fish dishes.

This is our third visit to the restaurant. The food is still as delicious and creative as ever. However, there was a major lapse in service; they clearly forgot about us. We didn't receive our first course until almost an hour after arriving…which definitely spoiled the experience.

I'm a chef and I'm used to working in restaurants, and frankly, it's good value for money, with a nice balance of flavors. I recommend it 100%.
