Good restaurant, something to review for a starred restaurant for my taste

This is the second time we have come to dine at this beautiful establishment and we were not disappointed. To begin with, you are very well received. The interior of the restaurant is simply remarkable. The atmosphere is very zen. Ambient lighting that does not attack you, tables spaced sufficiently apart so as not to be disturbed by the exchanges of other guests, and finally, a superb illuminated cellar adorns the back of the room, with a large choice of great wines to choose from. make any wine lover salivate. As for the dishes, everything is cooked with precision. No fuss, the pairings are made around two products with a seasoning or a juice which enhances the whole. The chef's cuisine is direct, it goes straight to "Essential". The menu offers a sufficiently varied choice to find what you're looking for, no more than 5 starters or 5 main courses are offered, a guarantee of minute and quality preparations. The desserts are also excellent. Two very different proposals are offered to you. You will not be disappointed, they are delicious and original. Well done to the pastry chefs. The service is very attentive without being intrusive, the à la carte dishes are very well explained to you, with all the details necessary to understand their composition. I highly recommend the restaurant “ľEssentiel”, it is one of our favorite Michelin-starred restaurants.

We dined here on March 31st. The service staff were professional, friendly, and had good English skills. The food was almost perfect, as were the recommended drinks. We had a great time!

The meal was incredible, lots of flavors and textures, a treat for both the palate and the eyes. Small downside on the service, which we found a little too hasty, no explanation on the wines served, we found that a shame, note that the restaurant was full and that must have worked to their disadvantage. That being said, we will return with pleasure, we really enjoyed ourselves. We hope to add a fifth star the next time we come. See you soon

This dinner shared with friends was a wonderful culinary experience. Congratulations to the teams for this high-end, original and delicious cuisine. A special mention for the sommelier who introduced us to some very beautiful things with a very high quality and very accurate food and wine pairing.

We took the main menu, each dish was excellent, the beef was incredible. The service is impeccable, everything was perfect, we had a great time. Don't hesitate to go there, your taste buds won't regret it!
