L'Essentiel sur Poitiers

One of the two best restaurants in Poitiers, very fine, affordable cuisine. Worth the detour.

Nothing exceptional, the price is not justified. Furthermore, we were relegated to the entrance of the restaurant and not to the main room with a warmer style. This first experience was not really satisfactory.

A perfect place for family lunch.💫 Daily menu (it was market day) for €28, starter + main course and dessert, and a fruit juice for €4. We were hungry, and when the plates arrived, we thought it wasn't going to be enough... but it was. The dishes are very well proportioned, very well cooked. I recommend, if you are hungry, take the full menu, you will not regret. 🤌

This restaurant is great! A friendly welcome, refined and delicious cuisine. You can go there with your eyes closed!

Fantastic food, additional complimentary dishes brought out. Highly recommend. Do not be put off by the lack of people at the high street entrance, there is a back section of the restaurant. Set menu was excellent
