I'm a regular customer of the lunch menus, and tonight's special truffle menu was always a treat... the tapas were delicious!
I must emphasize the excellent service from both the sommelier and the chef. It really makes you want to come back every time. Well done!

A wonderful discovery!
A passionate sommelier and chef, they were in the dining room with us, sharing and offering a great wine experience.
The chef shared his favorite producers.
The foie gras and beef mille-feuille… absolutely divine!
In short, it was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the passion was evident.

An excellent address.
We had a wonderful time there. The setting is friendly, calm, yet understated and refined. We appreciated the warm welcome and the staff's advice. The wines offered perfectly complemented each of our dishes. The cuisine is authentic, refined, and remarkably well executed: a feast for the eyes and taste buds!
High-end food at a very affordable price. The BEST.

We had a wonderful evening at L'Essentiel.
The meal was refined, expertly prepared, and delicious. Benoît, the sommelier, offered us some delightful discoveries.
All this in a warm and intimate atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I would like to congratulate Chef Nicolas and his team at L'Essentiel restaurant! I had a simply magical time. The pairing of food and wine was sublime and truly enriched the culinary experience. The cooking technique deployed is worthy of the finest French restaurants, brilliantly combining creativity and tradition. What particularly touched me was the shared passion for cooking, a quality that is increasingly rare to find today. It is without hesitation one of the best restaurants in Hauts-de-France that I have had the pleasure of discovering. A big thank you for this experience
