L'Establou sur Devoluy

A very good experience this summer; we went there 6 times in 10 days and it was our go-to spot. Homemade. Excellent value for money. Fresh produce.

We spent a week's holiday in Super Dévoluy, and this restaurant was definitely our best discovery—we ate there twice! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish, with excellent, generous portions prepared with great care. For us, it's without a doubt the best restaurant in the resort. A huge thank you also to the owner, who is simply wonderful: welcoming, smiling, warm, and always attentive to her customers. It's this kind of person who makes a meal even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back on our next trip. I highly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent restaurant! The portions were generous and full of flavor. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ideal for celebrating the end of a stay in the resort. It's best to book in advance.

We just ate at this restaurant, and everything was excellent. It all started with the service. We don't eat meat. We ordered raclette and fries, and we received a portion of fries meant for four people, even though there were only two of us. The salad was excellent, as were the cheese, the potatoes, and the waitress's smile—everything was excellent. I highly recommend it. The portions are very generous, and I understand why they have such a good rating. Thank you again.
