I'm just giving a review of the restaurant. We had lunch there on December 5, 2025, for my mother's birthday. The first time was in May 2025. I was very disappointed this time; it wasn't up to the standard of May. First, we were seated in the restaurant next door, SOMAR. We had chosen the €58 x 4 menu. It wasn't original, and the presentation wasn't worthy of a Michelin Bib Gourmand (unlike in May).

We had a reservation at the restaurant. Ultimately, there weren't enough reservations, so we were moved to Somar, a bistro next door owned by the same person. We didn't stay; it didn't live up to our expectations compared to L'Estacade, even though it's the same chef in the kitchen. A shame. Maybe next time.

I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant. The chef kindly adapted the menu to my dietary needs (vegetarian), and I've rarely eaten so well in a restaurant. The service was also excellent. Thank you to the whole team. I highly recommend it!

We ate very well but the welcome at the hotel was not friendly and we were disappointed by the final price of the half-board. On the other hand, the breakfast was generous and the morning staff were very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant is very good. Lunch on the terrace was very pleasant. The dishes were varied and excellent.
