A remarkable restaurant that's a pleasure to return to, whatever the season. Despite using seasonal produce and a menu that changes with the seasons, the variety of dishes is impressive. The foie gras is absolutely delicious, and the sauces accompanying the main courses are crafted with great care.

Clearly, it's best not to come with a gift certificate; the distinction between you and regular customers is palpable at the entrance. The service was friendly, though a bit slow. The bouillabaisse was average, with al dente potatoes and two fish dishes, including a rather strong-tasting red mullet: hearty but not very refined. The brown torches were far too generous and sweet; we missed the symbolic rosehip coulis... Overall, we were left with a very average impression: too much food but not refined enough for the price, which is a shame. As for parking, plan to use the surrounding streets; the parking lot is very small.

The decor is minimalist and the service impeccable. The refined dishes are all distinguished by their finesse and flavor.
The Maître Restaurateur distinction, discreetly displayed on the facade, is fully deserved.

We were disappointed. The order was disorganized, the dishes were uninspired, and they were almost always served with chewy bits. The desserts were almost too large for the end of a meal. The coffee in the "café gourmand" was small. We were really cold in the conservatory, which was a shame. We're not sure we'll be back.
