Overall, the small square is very lively and vibrant. The welcome was warm and friendly (very important to me). I thoroughly enjoyed both the starter and the main course. The fish of the day (monkfish) was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. I had a truly wonderful time. A restaurant I highly recommend.

After our visit to Vias beach, we decided to go to the Vias night market, but first we needed to find a restaurant. Not knowing the area, we stopped at Chez l'Amandine. A wonderful, unpretentious, and very pleasant discovery with great advice, and what can I say about the food! Simply excellent! We highly recommend that any passing tourist stop by. You absolutely won't be disappointed. We look forward to seeing you again!

A warm welcome awaits you; the owner (or manager) is incredibly kind and truly cares for her customers! She even provides coloring pages for children. The food is delicious, with a small menu featuring fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it!

We’ve been coming back to l'Amandine every time we vacation in the south for a few years now. The location is beautiful—it’s set in a lovely little square that has the perfect relaxed vibe. The service is always great and really welcoming, but the food is the real standout. You can tell everything is made fresh in-house using top-quality, fresh produce. Every single dish is just amazing and full of flavor. If you’re anywhere near the area, definitely give it a try.
