A wonderful discovery in Le Broc! We had a fantastic time at L’Estragon. The welcome was warm, the setting is truly lovely with a superb view, and above all, the food was excellent. The dishes were generous, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Special mention for the Niçoise specialties.

Superb place, impeccable atmosphere. As for the food, the duck breast was cooked to perfection. The homemade beef stew was equally delicious. I highly recommend it if you want to have a great time.

I've rarely eaten so well! Delicious and beautifully presented dishes, flavorful, a wonderful introduction to regional cuisine. The staff is incredibly attentive and very pleasant. A magnificent view… nothing to complain about, just perfect! An exceptional experience that I highly recommend.

26/08/2026: Excellent cuisine in a beautiful vaulted setting, with very affordable prices and exceptional service from the two owners. Go and try their beef, tender as butter without a trace of fat, cooked on a Himalayan salt slab. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for your warm welcome. I highly recommend it!
19/08/2026: We had a wonderful time. The food was very good and original. Served with a smile and good cheer. Can't wait to have brunch again!
