L’estudiantine is by far the best address in the whole windmill. Good team, finally restaurateurs who know how to work and build customer loyalty. I recommend this address. And the decoration is also top notch, really very pretty. The new owners ensured the recovery

30/03/2024: Small address that deserves to be known. A dynamic and caring team. Refined, creative cuisine without fuss. Delicious gravlax salmon, crispy pulled lamb with the taste of grandma's cooking... What more can I say? Nothing to test.

31/03/2024: Delicious food, perfect presentation and very correct quantity. We didn't know if we would like it but we loved it. The place is nice and pleasant, although perhaps I would change the blue light for a warmer one and more space to sit comfortably. The rest is perfect, the price is worth it. There is a short and long menu option with or without wine, at least on special days like today.
