A truly wonderful experience, a menu that was just right in terms of quality and quantity, and attentive, discreet service. The menu could, however, be more extensive to offer dishes beyond those included in the set menus.

An unexpected gastronomic stop during a weekend getaway on a Saturday at lunchtime… when my partner and I were the only ones there during service. A magnificent setting, sumptuous gourmet cuisine, and very welcoming and smiling staff. The foie gras with cherries was divine, the duck breast melt-in-your-mouth tender… in short, cuisine that transports you. Christophe and Gwen

A lovely place with welcoming hosts. Admittedly, being asked for ID at the entrance was a bit of a surprise, but after a few explanations, I was given a magnificent room (number 1), smiling staff, and a warm welcome. The decor is original, and breakfast overlooking the Seine is a very pleasant experience. I'll gladly return; I'll just need to book the same room again.

02/01/2026: A very beautiful golf course, the only one in France designed by the German champion Bernhard Langer. It's not very large, but it features many undulating greens. The course is elevated, offering a lovely view. The driving range is also very pleasant, with a covered section.
09/11/2025: The course is fantastic, designed by Langer in a beautiful setting. Difficult but challenging with real water hazards, especially on the 8th with its island green. A signature 18-hole for me with a superb back nine to the clubhouse. And the staff are lovely. I highly recommend it!

24/01/2026: I was impressed by the presentation of the food, and the meat’s quality though I would have liked it a little more cooked. I definitely would recommend l’Instant if you’re searching for a good, friendly restaurant😁

Besides lunch and dinner, for a festive afternoon tea with friends or a midday snack, L'Instant is a must-visit. Quality champagne served perfectly chilled, a generous and delicious slice of apple tart—just like homemade, only better. The tea and infusion menu offers a wide and varied selection of black, green, and white teas, as well as indulgent and wholesome infusions, all organic and, if desired, accompanied by delicious fresh pastries. At L'Instant, the kitchen and dining room staff demonstrate their talent at all hours, their passion for gourmet and balanced cuisine, their professionalism and expertise in serving customers, and their commitment to satisfying their cravings. L'Instant is THE place to be for the people of Poissy, lovers of conviviality and good food. Thank you!
