L'instant sur Poissy

A lovely waitress who served us very discreetly and pleasantly

Lunch on the terrace this sunny Saturday in March. A typical, quality brasserie meal. The food was unpretentious, but well-executed and tasty. The portions were adequate. Homemade fries and the meat was quite good. The desserts were basic; my rum baba wasn't homemade. In short, a good place for lunch, with late service (we arrived around 2 pm).

We were there on a beautiful Sunday evening in March, and it wasn't very busy at all. The service was efficient, and our servers were very friendly and welcoming. The crispy prawn risotto was delicious, and my beetroot and burrata carpaccio starter was excellent! A special mention for the vinaigrette (perfect for those who enjoy sweet and savory exotic flavors). We also tried the house burger and the confit leg; both were fantastic. As I announced, I returned to L'Instant, whether alone, as a couple, or with a larger group. Quality champagne served perfectly chilled, a generous and delicious slice of apple tart—just like homemade, only better. The tea and infusion menu offers a wide and varied selection of black, green, and white teas, as well as indulgent and wholesome infusions, all organic and, if desired, accompanied by delicious fresh pastries. At L'Instant, the kitchen and dining room staff demonstrate their talent at all hours, their passion for gourmet and balanced cuisine, their professionalism and expertise in serving customers, and their commitment to satisfying their cravings. L'Instant is THE place to be for the people of Poissy, lovers of conviviality and good food. Thank you!

Warm welcome and service, delicious food. I came for coffee, returned for lunch, and wasn't disappointed. A place to remember in Poissy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the presentation and flavor of the dishes, worthy of a fine bistro. Everything was excellent; I highly recommend this place.
