The pleasure of a smile upon arrival, a pleasant setting, impeccable service, and refined, inventive, gourmet cuisine, perfect for epicureans and everyone else too! There's a lot of work behind it all, and it shows on the plate! Bravo to them both, they've got the recipe for success!

We went to the restaurant with our two sons (8 and 5 years old). The setting is great (tables are very well spaced), the meal was excellent, and for a children's menu, it was incredibly high quality. I had the vegetarian dish, which was absolutely delicious! The portions were perfect, and the taste and quality of the dishes were simply exquisite (plus a very good wine!). In short, we recommend it 200%! And the best part: the service was fantastic! :)

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish. The ambience is one of its strongest features—warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to settle in and enjoy your time. It strikes a perfect balance between elegant and comfortable, making it suitable for both special occasions and casual dinners. The food was equally impressive. You can immediately tell that high-quality ingredients are a priority here. Each dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, with well-balanced flavours that complemented rather than overwhelmed each other. The presentation was refined without being overly fussy, and every bite reflected care and attention to detail. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Great ambience, quality ingredients, and delicious flavours come together to create a place I’d happily return to and recommend to others.

This was our first experience, and we'll be back very soon. Everything was perfect, from the aperitif to the coffee. The welcome was warm, the meal fantastic, and the atmosphere fabulous. As a vegetarian, it's often difficult to find a restaurant that offers menus adapted to my diet. But at L'Etable, I found truly unforgettable dishes, and I'm not talking about salads! We went there for Valentine's Day dinner. A special five-course menu was offered for €75. It was exceptional! Each dish was perfectly prepared, and the service was well-paced and very friendly.

Everything was perfect, efficient and friendly service, delicious meal. A wonderful discovery, we will be back!

On a romantic getaway, we were lucky enough to get a table at this restaurant we stumbled upon online. Everything was perfect! The service was lovely and personalized, the choices were excellent (at least one vegetarian option per dish, which is essential in 2026), and above all, the flavors! The dishes were perfectly balanced, the vegetables were expertly prepared, with a touch of acidity, crispness, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a hint of crunch… each dish was thoughtfully crafted and carefully considered. A wonderful surprise nestled in a Vosges valley. Go in without hesitation! But remember to book ahead; we were lucky this time. Congratulations to this family who invested so much in this project and have succeeded brilliantly!
