Your restaurant is great, it's a shame it has to close. The welcome was warm and the conversation with Emmanuelle was lovely. I would have recommended it if the closure hadn't been so imminent. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

My wife and I had dinner last night at L’Étage restaurant and we had a wonderful time.
We opted for the €38 set menu (starter, main course, dessert): excellent value for money. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and generous. The quality was impeccable.
A huge thank you to the lady who looked after us for her exceptional service. She was very kind, attentive, and professional. This kind of service truly makes a difference.
We will gladly return.

Very warm welcome, very pleasant staff throughout the entire service, right up to the payment.
Many dishes on the menu were unavailable or had been changed.
Unfortunately, a mixed review for the meal.
Starter:
- Baked egg, overcooked; the yolk wouldn't even spread on the toast soldiers. However, it tasted very good with the cream and foie gras.
Main Course:
- Confit pork cheek, very good.
- Chicken ballotine stuffed with mushrooms, very disappointing. The meat was dry, and the stuffing? Once the escalopes were separated, there were only three pieces of mushroom inside. No stuffing or anything else. Tagliatelle with truffles, very, very peppery.
Dessert:
- Chocolate fondant, simple but effective.
- Tiramisu, having eaten it before, my judgment may be harsh, but the cake wasn't soaked in coffee, alcohol, or even syrup. The cream was quite runny, probably not set properly. The meal was very generous, with large portions on the plates.
Given the cost of living, the price is reasonable. However, it might be too high compared to other (gastronomic) restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! We enjoyed an aperitif (special mention for the planter's punch ❤️), starter, main course, and dessert, and we weren't disappointed! The service was impeccable and friendly. The waitress was very attentive, the dishes arrived hot and were delicious (special mention for the chorizo sauce that accompanied the fish). All this at a very reasonable price. We'll be back!
