When the food is of quality and the welcome and service are full of kindness; when the premises are also impeccable, then it happens that the room is full. And when two people are absent on the same day for health reasons, it's a problem! And knowing the staff and owners of the establishment well, I know that it's not just a whim. Everyone goes out of their way to satisfy customers, even when the storm hits the establishment! So yes, it's unpleasant not to be able to be received, but it's better than risking the disappointment of disrupted service. But a phone call before going there avoids this kind of unpleasant surprise. And indeed this restaurant and those who run it are worth the detour! Simply put, you're well received and you eat well!
