This restaurant remains a must-visit for our family during our stays in Tignes. The owner, Damien, preserves all the Savoyard authenticity and a warm atmosphere to bring the dishes to life: antique objects, photos, and decor in the charming upstairs dining room. And to top it all off, the food is delicious and generous. This year again, the service was exceptional. The waitress, Ety, incredibly kind, smiling, and energetic, contributed to this truly wonderful and sunny experience. A huge thank you for this dinner.

A wonderful experience at L’Eterlou! The meat was perfectly tender and flavorful, and the sauces were simply delicious. A big thank you to Etie for her warm welcome and impeccable service. This restaurant has undoubtedly become one of our favorites in Tignes. See you very soon!

I thoroughly enjoyed the fondue with Reblochon cheese! The portions are generous. The setting is lovely and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it!

Excellent restaurant! A very warm welcome from the moment we arrived; we immediately felt at ease. The chalet atmosphere is truly pleasant and friendly. The portions are generous, and the pizzas are simply excellent—well-topped and delicious. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it!

Every year I come to Tignes to ski, this restaurant was referred to us. It was so great that we went back two days later to have dinner again. We had the first time pizzas and the seconds time steak on a small bbq. The waitresses was so nice and fluently in French and English and the owner is present all the time as well.

06/12/2025: I received a very warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the duck breast, so I went back – their burger was excellent too! I thought it deserved a 5/5 rating!
05/12/2025: Rather disappointing- the magret (of duck!) was excellent but the gratin was undercooked. However my main gripe was with the wine. The wines by the glass looked overpriced for 125ml so I tried the pichet- what a mistake! 15€ for a half litre of the most watery wine I have tasted in a long time. To the restaurants credit, they agreed not to charge for it and I had a very acceptable glass of cotes du rhone instead! To finish, the dessert gourmand was fabulous and the waiter - from New Zealand - was lovely and most attentive so all ended well! Just stop charging punters 15€ for wine which costs you peanuts!
