Day spent with family this Saturday, January 15... Day accompanied by a magnificent ☀️ and a completely blue sky.... And the weather was really good.... The downside..... We were advised on the phone to take an initiation package for our son in addition to the individual private lesson.... (This is used to take the butt pull on the baby) Except that when the course started, we were already upset about the fact that we had taken a package because it depended on our son's comfort on skis to go from the kindergarten to the baby slope.... Result paid package which was of no use..... Our son stayed in the children's garden all hour.... I went to the package reception to ask if it was possible to make a refund and the surprise answer was NO, we do not make refunds on the package... I explained that my son had not used the package because he stayed in the kindergarten all hours but nothing to do.... No refund..... I don't find that very nice.... I I don't understand why no refund.... I even asked to postpone the package until later because we are going to come back for our son to take classes again but when I don't know but that's not going well either... because I didn't know when we were coming back.... But if they recommended the initiation package in addition to the course, they should have just told us to check with the instructor if it was necessary to take it..... But with regard to the commercial gesture of the station I find it limiting.... And not correct.... Too bad even if the resort is great and we enjoyed it really well and ate really well...

Small family resort with a warm welcome. The trackers are really great. Ski area with lots of possibilities for off-piste surfing in complete safety, in a magnificent landscape, whether from Freychet to Guzet. the Picou - Souleillous return trail passing near chalets and forests is really nice. great discovery!!

Ski resort on a human scale, with chalets well integrated into the forest and a very beautiful and large summer sled.

Very good little family-friendly winter sports resort.

An ideal family resort! We were able to do everything we wanted without waiting in line for 3 hours, not many people at the station, great! The whole family loved it !
