A proper bistro with excellent service for workers and tourists passing through. A very large parking area for trucks. Newsagent, lottery, and tobacconist. This little road from Chaumont to Châtillon has everything you need. Top-notch!

I want to warmly thank the owner of this establishment who improved my experience with the welcome and service after I had been very poorly received at the Intermarché in Châteauvillain, where I left a rather unfriendly review, albeit with a touch of tact. When I arrived for a coffee, I noticed that the owner was selling some local products, and luckily, he had a baguette left. So I decided to buy some of his products, as well as some A.R. (a type of candy). We had a good laugh! 😂 I also want to tell him that they were incredibly tasty 😉 and your beer, my goodness, it was delicious! 😂 In short, know that I will be back, not only to take breaks during the day and night, but also to have lunch. I'd even make a special trip because it's truly excellent: humor, friendliness... In short, a real treat. Please note, I'm not referring to the parking situation, but rather to the warm welcome and professionalism of the shopkeeper. Thank you, thank you again for your hospitality. (As an aside, I'll be back for the fluid levels and tire check since you offered to do it.) And what's more, the bag didn't rip, so I'll get my deposit back! 🤣😂 Thank you so much, sir. You are, at least, a humanist. 👍👏👏
