I've never eaten octopus and vegetables so well prepared. The seasonings are truly masterful. There's a perfect balance in the dishes. A strong Sardinian influence is evident in the cuisine, with a wonderful mastery of seafood. Kudos to the kitchen for continuing to maintain service, even during a heatwave, knowing how hot it can get there…
