Everest is our favorite restaurant in the region, the welcome is impeccable, the restaurant is very classy without being flashy, and the cuisine is just perfect, we have since time taken a look at the various menus, dishes, starters and desserts and everything is excellent. The price is very reasonable since everything is homemade.

Nous avons découvert le restaurant pour deux anniversaires 70ans..le repas très bon , raffiné avec une belle présentation...les saveurs étaient au rdv.petite attention au moment du dessert avec une petite bougie sur chaque dessert ..le service de qualité par les patrons...la salle est petite mais très agréable avec belle déco ...a refaire en couple .

welcoming owners, nicely presented dishes, very correct quantities, good flavors, efficient waiter, a good time without a hitch, place to recommend, a small anecdotal downside room, a little noisy but go there you will not be disappointed

Quality and original cuisine. The restaurant is not very big but the tables are well arranged. The service was quick. A beautiful address in Firminy.

The meal was excellent with a superb presentation! And the staff was very nice. I don't eat meat or fish and they made me a tailor-made menu that was as well presented as the other menus. Great attention. Thank you again for this great time. I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed.
