Brewery which has preserved its former setting, fortunately, because it is magnificent. The atmosphere is pleasant because despite a large number of customers, there is not too much noise. The staff is very efficient and the service is good. In terms of cuisine, well-executed dishes, we don't talk about "gastronomy" but what is offered is well done.

Beautiful Belle Epoque style place, lots of space. Careful service and always friendly staff. The place therefore has its regulars!

Le service était super. Le serveur conseille très bien. Possibilité de se restaurer pour tous les budgets et tous les goûts. Les huitres sont excellentes. Plats frais et de saison. A refaire.

Forcément il fallait absolument aller à L’Exclsior, brasserie mythique et incontournable de Nancy. J’avais des soufres sur leur qualité de service toutefois. Pourtant, je n’ai vraiment pas été déçu et cela a été une très belle découverte ! Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le cadre est bien sûr superbe, un voyage dans du temps ! Nous avons été très bien servi, avec une serveur attentif et à l’écoute. Les plats sont très bons. Nous nous sommes régalés avec les huîtres et amandes, les terrines de chèvre en entrée sont bonnes aussi (c’est frais !). En plat le pavé de saumon est très bon et bien servi et la choucroute de la mer est délicieuse, elle fond dans la bouche ! Les desserts sont très bien travaillés également. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse qu’il faut découvrir à Nancy, de part son histoire, son pré estimé, son cadre brasserie XIX totalement préservé… et qui sait, vous aurez peut-être la chance d’être assis à la place d’une célébrité 😉

29/08/2024: The Charles 3 is a very pleasant place to go for a drink or even to eat I've been coming here for almost 7 years, I've seen this place develop and I've never been disappointed, the quality of the drinks is always at the top, the catering side, frankly, they quickly found their identity and we put in place place a quality standard 😁 the prices are reasonable given the quality of the products offered in their dishes as well as on the bar side. the employees do a good job, they are generally smiling even if some should question certain ways of speaking to customers or making jokes in bad taste which are not done in business. but fortunately the whole team is great and their boss is at the top, listening to his employees as well as the customer, he can be proud of what he has created and of what their companies have become since the creation of the Charles 3 👍👍 If you are looking for a place to go for a quick aperitif with friends or have a nice restaurant, don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.
28/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have come with my husband... Everything is excellent, both the cuisine and the very friendly waiters and we will come back.... I highly recommend
