We went for lunch as a family. The restaurant was very busy and extremely noisy. The staff were friendly, but overwhelmed by the number of customers. We had to wait a long time between the appetizers, the main course, and dessert. The wait was a bit tedious, but everything was delicious.

One of Nancy's must-visits! If you're in town, you absolutely can't miss Excelsior. Visible from the train station, this brasserie offers a wide variety of fresh dishes, as well as delightful breakfasts and afternoon teas. However, the real spectacle isn't on your plate, but rather all around you, as the dining room is immersed in one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau, a style so dear to our city. Leaves, pine cones, ginkgo trees, frescoes, moldings, and so much more—you'll have to come back several times to appreciate it all. An exceptional setting and excellent cuisine, with impeccable service.

17/11/2024: the 4 dishes did not arrive at the same time, we had to wait for a pizza which had burned; the glasses of wine arrived at the end of the meal and the gourmet coffee was nothing like what the waiter told us. and no commercial gesture
