L'excuse sur Bourges

09/09/2024: Got the last free table here tonight. The restaurant is bright and friendly and while of a very high quality, carries it off in a non intimidating way. The menu is not extensive but the attention to detail is marvellous and the standard of the food and presentation is superlative. The wine list is extensive with a good selection by the glass. Altogether an amazing experience in the heart of the old town.

09/07/2024: salle de restaurant moderne et agréable, un peu bruyante quand c'est complet. La cuisine inventive mais très agréable, les portions ne sont pas géantes mais suffisantes si l'on prend entrée, plat et dessert. Attention au budget car il n'y a pas de menu et avec 2 verres de vin vous paierez au moins 75 euros par personne. Le service est professionnel et attentif. le patron est très proche de ses clients habitués. Je regrette toutefois l'absence de nappe car la formule "restaurant bistro" n'est pas en rapport avec les prix pratiqués. Je note toutefois 5/5 car j'ai eu plaisir à dîner.
