13/05/2026: Different flavors to try, with limited editions available from time to time. The staff is friendly.
10/05/2026: Unsurprisingly, the quality of the ice cream is always excellent. We were there today, standing behind a very large, disorganized group who were letting their children scream and run around everywhere (even behind the counter between the staff's legs???). Kudos to the team for their patience and the very warm welcome, despite a situation that would have tested anyone's patience.

16/05/2026: My partner and I were passing through Toulouse and decided to stop at Silex & Fourchette on our way to our holiday destination. What's more, since my partner is gluten intolerant, this restaurant was perfect! Excellent cuisine made with fresh, 100% gluten-free ingredients, and a warm welcome from the staff. A truly great find! I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.
