I'm writing these few words while still in the restaurant. A pleasant and friendly space to share with friends, colleagues, or family. The servers are quite friendly, especially the one at the bar named Jules. To pass the time, I opted for a bottle subscription for sweet wine. The background music is techno; the volume is neither too low nor too high, and for a Friday night, the atmosphere is just right.

A superb welcome from Jordan Bardella, or Tanner Buchanan, whichever you prefer. The restaurant is called "The Experience," and it was a good one. One small complaint: I'm still waiting for my carafe of water, which was left alone, empty and unfilled, probably in the kitchen. I feel for that poor water that couldn't be drunk. Despite that, a superb experience, especially when you speak five languages!

Business dinner, no false notes. The food was well-seasoned, the ingredients were fresh. The service was efficient and friendly. The only slight drawback was the limited selection of wines by the glass. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The offer is attractive, whether you choose the daily menu or order à la carte. We were a sizable group (14 people) and had to wait a little while. The waiter apologized several times.

A huge thank you to Guillaume and his extremely organized and efficient team. We had a wonderful time enjoying excellent food and friendly service. Now all that's left for us to do is visit the cellars of this incredible champagne.

The menu, both sophisticated and inspired, showcases carefully selected ingredients, enhanced by harmonious and surprising combinations. A true culinary signature shines through: bold flavors, impeccable cooking, and that extra touch that transforms a good meal into a truly memorable experience. The service and welcome are perfect. We love coming back often... Thank you to the entire team at Le Lion for our team lunches and get-togethers with friends.

Le Jardin Les Crayères

16/04/2026: A delicious dining experience I chose the set menu. The white asparagus was delicately textured with an excellent sauce. The slow-cooked oxtail was tender, with a rich blend of red wine sauce and the fat from the beef marrow. The dessert featured lemon curd in a molecular form. Paired with a subtle minty coolness, the slightly noticeable acidity was refreshing.
15/04/2026: About Brasserie Le Jardin: The restaurant offers a very pleasant experience in terms of both ambiance and cuisine. The atmosphere is elegant, refined, and charming, ideal for a special occasion. The food is beautifully presented, with visually appealing dishes made from top-quality ingredients, demonstrating careful and discerning cooking. However, my rating is lowered due to two significant issues. First, the service: it was VERY SLOW. We ordered a tasting menu, and the wait between courses was excessive, exceeding 20 minutes on several occasions. We had to ask several times for them to continue serving, and if we hadn't already been on the third of five courses, we would have considered canceling the experience. The second negative point is the price of the drinks, which is EXCESSIVELY HIGH. The champagne is practically unaffordable, and even opting for a mid-range wine that was recommended to us, the price was €100, and I've had much better for less. This borders on exorbitant prices and completely undermines the value for money. In short, a place with great potential due to its atmosphere and gastronomic quality, but penalized by overly slow service and disproportionate drink prices.
