Croquignole sur Reims

A unique and playful gem in Reims, a real treat! Review: A very unusual restaurant with a fun atmosphere, very interesting both for its taste and its choice of ingredients. The meat chosen for the tartare was simply exceptional. We were greeted by the owner, who is a cook, waitress, and sommelier all in one – a true enthusiast! The setting, the welcome, and this quirky and joyful atmosphere are just as good as the food. I highly recommend Croquignole in Reims.

Local cuisine, homemade, good products, very well-balanced dishes. Soft-boiled eggs with Maroilles sauce 👌 and hand-cut steak tartare 😋 White pudding marinated in champagne. 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 glasses of champagne, 2 coffees, outside of the set menu (2-course menu at €17): €85, good value for money

An exceptional, timeless experience. The food was superb, the homemade foie gras absolutely divine. The tartares were simply unparalleled. And what can I say about Carole! A truly unique character who welcomes you with warmth and makes you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. A highly recommended spot. In short, 300 km is no problem for us; we'll be back.

We went there for my partner's birthday on February 11th after receiving glowing recommendations, and I must say we weren't disappointed at all! It's a restaurant you absolutely must experience, especially if you're a tartare aficionado like me. Carole prepares them, like all her dishes, to order. I watched her prepare my tartare by hand in her kitchen from my table. Thank you, Madam, for this wonderful culinary experience that made our birthday evening truly special. See you soon.
