13/03/2024: Back from the drive, the surprise of not having my daughter's Sunday in my order (even though I paid well for it!!), small fries from my mc smart barely half filled!! Overall, my daughter was super disappointed not to have her dessert. Plus (as usual) they skip the book with the happy meal. You will tell me, I just have to check before hitting the road again, but still! To top it all off, I only have my card receipt, without the details of my order. How do I file a complaint? An effort on the preparation of drive orders please!!!! My daughter told me now we'll have burger king, I think I'll listen to her! Edit: following this disappointment, management sent me a 30% reduction on my next order. Responsive and attentive after-sales service. Thanks to them, I'm going back to my previous rating.
