A small, local fast-food restaurant offering quality burgers with a wide variety of choices. I've been a customer for several years. The arrival of McDonald's in the town hasn't stopped me from going back. On the contrary, I prefer this place, as the quality of the burgers is significantly better. A business worth supporting and not forgetting. Superbly located right in the center of the village, and the owners are always attentive to their customers. I particularly appreciate the fact that they've also hired local young people to help them, and have done so for several years.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to leave a review, even though I didn't actually get a chance to try their food. While traveling for a work site, I thought I was near their restaurant and ordered a burger to go. It was only after getting directions that I realized there were two towns with the same name and that I was actually more than two hours away. I called back immediately to apologize, as my order was already being prepared. The person I spoke to on the phone was remarkably kind, understanding, and professional. Despite this situation being entirely my fault, she remained very pleasant and helpful. A welcome like this is rare enough to be worth mentioning. For the human touch and dedication to service alone, this establishment deserves its 5 stars. If I ever find myself in the lovely Neuvic, I will certainly come and try their food! Thank you again for your understanding and kindness.

Loyal customers for 10 years, we regularly come to L’Extra. Judging by some of the comments, yes, admittedly, it's a bit more expensive than a really bad fast-food place. But the ground beef is a real steak, the bread isn't mass-produced. In short, we know what we're eating, and that's priceless! There have been occasional oversights, it's happened before, and everyone has the right to make mistakes. We've always received a gesture of goodwill from them.
