Excellent meal, top-notch service, and helpful advice on wine pairings to complement the dishes. I highly recommend it.

A very beautiful restaurant with a breathtaking view of the seafront. The menu was excellent, but the service was a little below what one would expect from an establishment of this caliber (appetizers weren't cleared until dessert, bread and water weren't replenished...). There was a bit of a wait for the starter and the bottle of wine. The value for money remains very good, and the chocolate mousse is definitely worth trying.

A restaurant in a grand hotel in France with a sea view. Expectations were high... We had a reservation and were the first guests. After the receptionist took quite a while to find us, we were shown to a table by the window, which unfortunately only had a view of the bay on one side. A very impatient waitress then came to the table several times, taking our order in an annoyed manner. No advice whatsoever. And as I said, at that time we were the only guests. A word of caution regarding the water: explicitly state that you want a carafe, not a bottle. The food arrived quickly and was placed on the table without explanation. A shame—I expected better service here as well. Menu: Salmon tartare starter: very tasty. Carrot noodles with orange and capers starter: okay in terms of taste, but the carrots were very firm and lacked flavor. Main course: Cassoulet braised in cider with polenta and Calvados apples. The polenta was outstanding, but the rest was disappointing. The fat content was incredibly high (around 60 percent), there was very little sauce, and I couldn't taste the Calvados on the apples. Dessert: Tiramisu with Baileys... More like a dollop of whipped cream with a hint of Baileys on a drowned biscuit. In short: we had bad luck with the service that day, and unfortunately, the food described on the menu wasn't as well-prepared for us. I should add that at other tables with different service, we saw very satisfied faces.
