We loved the warm atmosphere in the beautifully decorated setting. Perfect for sports enthusiasts and lovers of deliciously fragrant cuisine. The harissa tajine was a pure moment of bliss, bursting with the flavors of the vegetables and lamb, and the meatball couscous was also a delight. And the mint tea... truly authentic mint tea! Thank you to the owners and thank you to the chefs. The people of La Rochelle are waiting for you... 🥰🌞

The food is very good! But the meals are expensive and the waiters were a bit pushy about leaving (around 9:30 pm only)...

Only 4 stars for the atmosphere??? Not negative at all, quite the opposite: calm, perhaps even family-friendly, perfect for business discussions and even meals with friends!!! All while respecting others

Good couscous restaurant, friendly owner, and family atmosphere. The meat is delicious, the semolina fine. On the downside, two people wanted tagines, and we were advised to make a reservation because they take at least 30 minutes to cook. I wish someone had told me on the phone when I made my reservation, rather than being presented with a fait accompli.

La Gondola

01/12/2025: A small, simple restaurant, no frills. Tasty food. Old-fashioned, very attentive waitstaff. I recommend it. I sometimes stay in a hotel nearby, and I've been to La Gondola several times. Never disappointed.
24/11/2025: The restaurant was open even though Google said it shouldn't be. Atmospheric, reasonably priced, value for money. We ordered pasta and pizza.
