Excellent restaurant! Dès mon retour sur Albi, nous ferons un crochet par Valderies. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable ! Serveur extrêmement gentil, très pro, la cuisine excellente, bref, je recommande !

Group of 24 people, installed outside (a little lack of shade, and passage of the road), very complete single menu, from aperitif to coffee. We were surprised by the number of people visiting this village restaurant for lunch during the week!!!!
We were well received despite the server's workload and did not have to wait.
