I've never eaten as well as at this restaurant. The scallops with chorizo ​​cream sauce were a pure delight. Thank you to the chef and his team for the excellent meal, and also to the very helpful waitstaff. What a pleasure to dine here! Bravo! 👏

Everyone enjoyed their meal… except me. The carbonnade was really not to my taste: it lacked the sweetness one usually expects (no gingerbread), and it's a shame to change such a traditional local recipe. To illustrate, it was a bit like eating tartiflette without cheese—it was missing the essential element. On the other hand, everyone enjoyed the other dishes at the table. The cocktails were very good. A minor drawback in terms of comfort: the common area leading to the restrooms is rather cold, and a draft enters the restaurant (perhaps consider closing the door or installing a curtain). Finally, there's a serious lack of signage for those unfamiliar with the area, making it difficult to access the parking lot of this rather gloomy restaurant.
