We went here for dinner because it was on the road (on the Via Francigena) and it was a pleasant moment of rest for us after a day of walking in a welcoming and familiar environment, highly recommended!

On the occasion of a return to family roots and a vacation rental in Les Fourgs, we were able to taste the pizzas offered by L'Hermitage twice. In addition to a very warm and professional welcome from Chritel and Sylvain (as well as his kitchen team), we discovered excellent original, local or revisited pizzas which invite you to come back as soon as possible. A mix of ingredients from the region (or even the garden) guarantees the perfect flavors and pairings. Tasty and generous dough, preparation and top-quality products are the hallmark of the pizzas offered. Our choices: L’Abeille, la Veggie, la Bourrie and l’Hermitage At the risk of repeating myself, you can be proud of yourself.
