After some hesitation, we went to have lunch at this pizzeria. And it was very good, the pizzas were excellent. The service was pleasant. We'll definitely go back.

Passing through Les Fourgs on our way to a dogsledding excursion with @Jurachiens, we stopped for lunch at this pizzeria, which I highly recommend because we had a delicious meal!! 😋

As a couple passing through the region, we stopped at this pizzeria. We weren't disappointed. It was excellent in every way. The setting is very rustic and cozy thanks to a beautiful wood-burning stove that provides warmth and comfort, solid wood tables, chairs, benches, and windows that remind us of buildings of yesteryear. The two owners were welcoming and friendly, attentive but not intrusive. And the pizzas are incredibly tasty, made with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven, with a wide selection. Some are classic, while others have a more regional flavor. With cream or tomato sauce bases, there's definitely something for everyone. When it snows in the dark and enveloping night of Les Fourgs, the Hermitage stands like a beacon and takes on its full meaning!

The food here is excellent, with very reasonable prices. The welcome is always warm and friendly. I 100% recommend Pizzeria L'Hermitage!

100% recommended! The pizzas are excellent, and the fondue is simply divine! A memorable New Year's Eve that lasted until 4 a.m. with an amazing atmosphere! A huge thank you to the wonderful team; we'll definitely be back next year!

I highly recommend this pizzeria! The welcome is warm, the atmosphere friendly, and the pizzas are delicious. Made with quality ingredients and a refined technique, they are generous and very tasty! Simply fantastic! 👌🏻 A warm welcome, homemade cuisine using fresh, primarily local ingredients, and seasonal pizzas to keep things interesting for regulars 😊 Whether you come alone, as a couple, with family, or even in a large group, it's simply a place for sharing and a treat for the taste buds. Before this restaurant, I never ate the edges of pizzas (the crusts, the "sidewalks," or whatever the local term is xD), now I don't leave a single crumb! :D I recommend it 200%!
