A truly wonderful culinary experience at Hibiscus! The restaurant is tiny, making it a hidden gem. The set menu (main course/dessert or starter/dessert) is €35. The small menu reflects the chef's focus on perfecting the dishes rather than overloading them with thousands of options. The pork ribs were absolutely divine! The desserts were delicious and original. Small amuse-bouches are served with the set menu to tantalize your taste buds. Thank you for this delightful experience!

What more can I say? The 5 stars everywhere are a sure sign that you can go there with your eyes closed. Pauline was smiling at the reception and super friendly. Quentin served us with his humor, which had us in stitches. As for the meal, it was a delight from start to finish. The combination of flavors was delicious. Bravo for this original cuisine. Excellent restaurant.
Pleasant and chic atmosphere, impeccable and attentive service. Refined and flavorful cuisine for gourmets and connoisseurs. It's a shame that some inconsiderate customers are sometimes particularly noisy!

I was more than satisfied with my lunch at Hibiscus. The setting is serene, the welcome extremely friendly, the menu very clear (not too many choices), and it was delicious! Surprising and delightful combinations, seasonal produce showcased, the perfect blend of generosity and finesse—you leave this restaurant with a full stomach and a satisfied heart, already eager to return! French gastronomy still has a bright future with places like this ;)

The decor is rather cold and the furniture is old.
Fortunately, the welcome and service are excellent.
I enjoyed the amuse-bouches and the final petit four.
The dessert and cheese were also of good quality.
However, the starter and main course didn't really impress me. I expected better. A shame.
I was also disappointed not to find most of the local Sauvignon Blancs: Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Reuilly, Quincy, or Coteaux du Giennois. Only a Menetou-Salon, and a rather disappointing one at that.
