We came for dinner as a family to celebrate our mother's birthday and had a wonderful evening.
The menu offers a lovely selection of dishes, all perfectly executed, with high-quality, homemade cuisine.
Special mention also goes to the excellent wine selection.
A truly great place that we highly recommend!

A good, semi-gastronomic restaurant. The dishes are inspired, the wine list is excellent, and the service is efficient and precise. It just needs a slightly warmer atmosphere to be perfect.

There were four of us for lunch, and we all enjoyed our meal: starter, main course, and dessert, all accompanied by a good dry Vouvray.
However, the presence of kangaroo meat bothers me a little.

Excellent discovery! The welcome and advice were very warm and efficient, the menu was lovely, and I even discovered a local meat: kangaroo :)
The dishes were delicious and inventive.

This restaurant deserves to be better known and more widely recognized. The cuisine is of exceptional quality, refined and perfectly executed, with ingredients that seem carefully selected and showcased. Here you'll find the essence of French cuisine: precision, balanced flavors, and respect for the ingredients.
The service is equally impressive: attentive, professional, and pleasant, making the experience even more enjoyable.
A somewhat hidden gem in the city, but definitely worth the detour. A truly excellent restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return.

A truly wonderful culinary experience at Hibiscus! The restaurant is tiny, making it a hidden gem. The set menu (main course/dessert or starter/dessert) is €35. The small menu reflects the chef's focus on perfecting the dishes rather than overloading them with thousands of options. The pork ribs were absolutely divine! The desserts were delicious and original. Small amuse-bouches are served with the set menu to tantalize your taste buds. Thank you for this delightful experience!

What more can I say? The 5 stars everywhere are a sure sign that you can go there with your eyes closed. Pauline was smiling at the reception and super friendly. Quentin served us with his humor, which had us in stitches. As for the meal, it was a delight from start to finish. The combination of flavors was delicious. Bravo for this original cuisine. Excellent restaurant.
Pleasant and chic atmosphere, impeccable and attentive service. Refined and flavorful cuisine for gourmets and connoisseurs. It's a shame that some inconsiderate customers are sometimes particularly noisy!
