A year later, we still haven't found anything better in the Besançon area. To be honest, we haven't really looked, as this restaurant consistently meets our expectations every time we visit. Stéphane's attentiveness and empathy are rarely found elsewhere, the food is always a delight, and the menu is regularly updated.
