Located at the foot of the slopes (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, etc.) in the heart of the resort. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A fantastic team, very attentive to guests. The full-board option offers home-style cooking served buffet-style, with a special mention for the generous and varied breakfast. A pleasant bar for relaxing after activities.

Top-notch, good service, very good staff, and the homemade cakes and meals are excellent.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. It's very well located, right at the foot of the slopes. The staff are very friendly, competent, and attentive to guests' needs. The value for money is unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel and always look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this establishment. A beautiful location right at the foot of the slopes, a fantastic welcome, and perfect service. We will be back as soon as possible.

Far from a 3-star standard. The hotel is extremely outdated, with single-pane windows: every morning, water drips down the inside of the panes. The bathroom has mold, which is frankly unacceptable for an establishment supposedly of this standard. After a good day of skiing, you simply want one thing: to be able to take a proper hot shower. And there, a huge disappointment… I took a shower at 6:15 pm, the water was freezing cold, no hot water available, and it was impossible to reach reception, which didn't answer. Unacceptable for a hotel in a ski resort. Breakfast is very limited and entirely self-service: pancakes, scrambled eggs, fresh orange juice… everything is self-service, with no real hotel-style service provided. The amenities are also very inadequate: only one cup for a room of three people, no small bar of soap at the sink for washing hands, only a wall-mounted dispenser in the shower, with no labeling (shower gel? shampoo? we don't even know). In short, the bare minimum. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained, unclean, and absolutely does not meet the standards of a 3-star establishment. A huge disappointment; I do not recommend it at all.

A very pleasant stay. Excellent food, attentive and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is very well located in the resort. The board games and entertainment were much appreciated. Special mention for the private use of the sauna with a view of the slopes – a real bonus. A minor drawback was the carpet in the room (allergy), but this was resolved with treatment. A very good experience overall; we highly recommend it.
