Excellent stay at this establishment. The staff are incredibly attentive. They get along well, and it shows. They are happy to have us, offer advice, and give us a warm welcome. The half-board option was perfect. Dinner was varied, simple but well-prepared! Breakfast was superb. Fresh eggs to cook however you like, pancake batter, cheese, and cold cuts. Excellent bread, which is rare in a hotel.

Excellent place to relax, eat, walk or do sports (skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, karting, tree climbing) in both summer and winter.

A most enjoyable stay at Le Balcon des Écrins; the setting is superb, as are all the amenities offered. The quality and variety of the meals make us want to return. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Balcon des Écrins with my 21-month-old daughter, as a single mom, and I highly recommend it! The setting is magnificent, nestled in the mountains, ideal for recharging your batteries. The hotel is perfectly suited for families, which is very reassuring with my little princess. The welcome is warm, the staff are friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable and the meals are excellent. A little anecdote that sums it all up: during a meal, the staff spontaneously helped my daughter (with a smile, a pen, and a piece of paper) so I could eat in peace—a simple gesture, but one that makes all the difference when traveling alone. A truly wonderful experience in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We left with fantastic memories and the desire to return! 💛

First ski trip! The hotel is very well located, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! We were on half-board, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent!

Honestly, nothing to say, a top-notch team, a top-notch snack bar at the bottom of the slopes, absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for the welcome and the service! 🫵🏾🫶🏾

The snack bar at the foot of the slopes is very nice with affordable prices for a resort. The only downside: the music is too loud. You can't hear yourself speak and it's a bit of a headache.
