L'Huitrière sur Etretat

An amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was beautifully prepared. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breathtaking view of the famous cliffs and the sunset made the evening truly unforgettable. Highly recommended if you're looking for great food in a spectacular setting!

The food was good, but the "dark" chocolate mousse was a bit of a letdown – too sweet and cloying. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming.

A perfect little getaway to Étretat for my father-in-law's birthday. Everything was great, we had a wonderful evening. We had a table upstairs with a superb view of the Étretat cliffs. Since we weren't keen on the platters, we created our own seafood platter, and the sole was delicious. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this restaurant in Étretat! We dined here twice during two different trips, and it was truly delightful both times! We opted for the €59 set menu, and what a menu it was! The portions were very generous, we tried the traditional "trou normand" (a small glass of Calvados served between courses) for the first time, and enjoyed wonderful oysters and a variety of fish. In addition to the delicious food, you can enjoy a superb view of Étretat beach if you're seated near the windows. I wanted to thank a young woman with dark hair (I didn't catch her name, I apologize) who was incredibly kind, not only with her service but also for managing to secure a reservation for us at a table for three! In short, I highly recommend this place; it's truly unique!

We come to L’Huître every year to enjoy their magnificent seafood platters. A warm welcome and pleasant service ensure that customers have ample time to savor both their aperitif and main course. Reservations are highly recommended to secure a table upstairs with a sea view. See you next year! 😀

Everything about this restaurant is simply amazing! The view, the food, the ambiance! Food for the body, for the eyes, for the soul. You are welcomed with a huge heart and a huge sincere smile! A huge shout out for the restaurant team! We were simply delighted ny everything we found here. We hope to come back soon and indulge ourselves again. Hello, we went for dinner last night. The setting was lovely and welcoming. In the middle of the room was a magnificent, well-stocked lobster tank. It made us want to try one. What a disappointment! They don't catch them in front of you, they're overcooked, and the flavor of the court bouillon is far too strong, proving that the lobster flavor has completely disappeared. The appetizers were fine: 12 oysters and a seared octopus. Very disappointed, the bill came to €225 for two.

Excellent value for money and a very nice location

We came at lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised.

It's really good and the people are very friendly, I highly recommend it
