An exceptional experience that leaves a lasting impression ⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️ It's best to plan ahead: the restaurant is very often fully booked, proof of its well-deserved success. Booking in advance is practically a given... It's hard not to be impressed by an experience of this caliber. It all begins with a homemade duck foie gras terrine, served with perfect balance, lightly grilled, and accompanied by a perfectly balanced fig jam. The whole dish, enhanced by a glass of Coteaux du Layon, reaches a level of quality rarely encountered, even in renowned establishments. The next course immediately confirms this first impression: a double beef skewer of remarkable tenderness, perfectly cooked, accompanied by a delicate and flavorful pepper sauce, and truly homemade fries—crispy, golden, and flawless. The dessert brought this flawless journey to a perfect close: a chocolate ingot atop a crunchy praline base, both indulgent and perfectly structured, avoiding any hint of heaviness. Beyond the food itself, the service deserves special mention: attentive, genuine, and never overbearing. The team's natural kindness greatly enhances the experience. The thoughtful final touch—a complimentary apricot liqueur—further reinforces this feeling of authentic hospitality. A huge thank you to Nadège, Patrick, and their entire team for this exceptional moment, where generosity meets a true commitment to quality. This is an establishment that easily establishes itself as a benchmark.
