First visit to this establishment on the Mediterranean route... Well received, good atmosphere, correct and fast service, family cuisine as advertised. But this Saturday lunchtime, the fries served with the filet mignon were not up to par: _ The frozen fries had a fishy taste... Eatable... But this detail spoils the dish and gives a bad rating to the whole rather very good meal... _ Consider changing your oil cooking and making homemade fries using real potatoes cut and cooked by you even if it takes time and is expensive... this will save you from bad comments. We took a short detour on the way back from Carcassonne. Small restaurant that doesn't have to hide. Luckily we managed to get a table on the terrace. I have to say: direct hit! The food was excellent! Service very good!
