Impeccable service! Every server was impressively friendly, with a touch of humor, a touch of empathy, a touch of patience... everything you could ask for, right when you needed it! The meal was decent, nothing out of the ordinary for us since it was salads. Excellent value for money. In short, a downtown restaurant we'll definitely return to.

A very pleasant experience with quality products. We were seated in the cellar, a magnificent and charming room, served by Stéphane, an impeccable waiter with a smile and a genuine pleasure to be of service. Kind and very professional. A real delight.

I came to stay in Troyes in August for four months and this lovely cafe Became my favourite place in all of the city. I was here every day as a regular and I ate dinner here many times and came for coffee and desserts very often. And every experience that I had here was absolutely lovely and the way staff were excellent especially my favourite Angie and the manager was wonderful as well. I highly recommend it to everybody. It’s a cozy lovely place with great atmosphere and great food and excellent service.

Good meal, impeccable decor, excellent service... However, the constant pressure to order more drinks bothers me a bit, as does the removal of the glass or other beverage right after the last bite or sip. A little more discretion is needed. 😊

Excellent andouillette, a specialty of Troyes! Be aware that the chicken terrine appetizer is not a pâté but a terrine in aspic... Welcoming and attentive staff, pleasant decor, quick service according to your wishes. Accessible for people with reduced mobility!

Excellent location and pleasant setting. The staff are remarkably friendly. The menu is reasonably varied, certainly sufficient to satisfy most diners. The food is good and the portions are generous. A good selection of wines, including wines by the glass (prices a bit high).

Attention to disabled people 😈😈😈 This Troyes restaurant is ideally located on the town hall square, which makes the location expensive. I understand there are overhead costs, rent, etc. However, the food is only average in terms of value for money. The food is generally homemade and of decent quality, the service and welcome are impeccable, and the dining room is pleasant. However, I am addressing the manager of the establishment. I am a disabled person, and the state of the toilets due to overcrowding is unacceptable! You have placed a huge refrigerated display case in the toilets, which prevents a wheelchair user from using your only toilet. This is truly a mistake, and if you have a safety inspection, you risk being reprimanded.
