I'm sorry my French is not good! Is it okay to eat cake for breakfast? I live in England and visited Lille for some very delicious shopping and cakes! I like L'Impertinente on Facebook to help me learn French. it was hard to choose because every cake looked delicious! we bought three cakes to take home but we ate two on the boat! This morning I ate lemon merengue for breakfast and it was very, very good! Very delicious 🙂

I often go to l'impertinente to complete my lunch with one of their little individual treats! Everything is very good even if I have of course already found what I prefer!

A great discovery during our stay in Lilles. Top notch welcome and service. The pastries were excellent and the prices very reasonable. The atmosphere was very cozy and calm, which was appreciated. Address to keep and share!

Nice place not too far from the hustle and bustle of the old center. Beautiful assortment of pastries, super friendly welcome and delicious homemade iced tea and smoothie latte

An excellent first experience! The elaborate decoration offers a warm setting, the attentive staff and the pastries are delicious (all for a very reasonable price). I highly recommend... act sassy like us!

Excellent pastries, as always. We ordered: coconut tart, puffed rice shortbread, espresso bar and a brioche. We always come back because the pastries are of high quality. It is a shame that the new location chosen is not visible enough to passers-by because this place deserves to be known.

Beautiful and tasty pastries, plenty to choose from. Flavored tea for all tastes, simple but comfortable decor and furnishings. Simplicity and sweetness of the name of the brand that I appreciate.

07/05/2024: Sur les conseils de mon fils cadet, nous avons découvert ce restaurant, le lieu est super accueillant, déco chaleureuse Nous étions 5, on a testé le plat vege, le plat de viande et le plat de poisson aucune fausse note Un tout petit bémol pour le tiramisu un peu trop de gâteau mais j ai quand même tout mangé
18/02/2024: Déco Bohème, service jeune, décontracté et efficace, carte courte et originale avec des produits de saison, joli choix de cocktails, bières et vins. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée dans la cage aux oiseaux.

26/01/2025: The advantage of one of the rare places in Lille open late in the evening (after 10:30 p.m.). The dishes are very generous (chicken gratinated with maroilles, cheddar burger) but the fries would have benefited from being crispier.
