The service is truly perfect: warm, attentive, and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. And above all, the pizzas are excellent, probably among the best in Lille! The dough, the ingredients, and the flavor combinations are all top-notch. 🤌🇮🇹 Special mention also goes to the very reasonable prices of the extras. 04/09/2026: I ordered a calzone to go... I threw more than half of it in the bin! First of all, it was smothered in tomato sauce, not reduced enough, so a lot of water came out, which, by the way, was a red liquid that leaked from the container onto my pants... (so, off to the dry cleaners it went). Then, they hadn't added enough sugar to the sauce; it was very acidic. As a result, the calzone looked like a giant sponge. The outer crust was burnt black. The bottom crust was undercooked and very thick! Finally, instead of prosciutto, it was cooked ham. That's a lot, isn't it?! Luckily, the price was reasonable. Georges

From the moment you walk in, you feel the great atmosphere. I love how cozy, small, and spotlessly clean the place is it makes you want to sit down and relax right away. On top of that, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always making you feel right at home. The snacks are so tasty and fresh! Whether you're stopping by for your morning coffee or an afternoon treat, you won't be disappointed.

12/09/2026: Incredible. Absolutely fantastic restaurant with every aspect so well thought out. Gorgeous dining room with discreet and beautiful dividers that make every seat feel intimate and special and cut the noise of a huge space. Nice, professional service, at just the right level- never too friendly or familiar, but never too posh. The food, just amazing. It is expensive, but absolutely worth every single penny. You can see, smell, taste and feel the quality in every dish, every bite and the portions are very big, so uncommon in restaurants of this level. The starter alone could have been a full meal, but you really should not stop there, you have to order a main. We eat out a lot and I would estimate the normal portion of fish at other places to be around 150/200 grams max, for sure, what Quai 38 offered was 300/350 grams.... with a delicious and very substantially filling side of vegetables, carbs, sauce. Again, it is not a budget restaurant, but the value you receive, the quantity, quality and presentation and service make it MORE than worth every single penny spent. It's been 24 hours and I am already dreaming of going back. We have tried nearly all the Michelin-starred restaurants in the surrounding area, as well as throughout Europe. This meal was without a doubt in my top five.

13/09/2026: I highly recommend it! I booked for a group of 13 people. We had the entire floor to ourselves: a small terrace to enjoy the fresh air and pleasant for smokers. There are also restrooms upstairs. The whole organization was excellent, with really friendly staff. The meal was very good.
