L'Imprevu sur Chauvigny

This is a great restaurant. We arrived around noon and were seated immediately without any wait. The service was smooth and quick, with minimal waiting. It's a five out of five for value for money. The food is excellent and not very expensive. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A very good restaurant, 5/5.

L’Imprévu restaurant offers a simple yet well-thought-out, balanced, and delicious menu. The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients. The value for money is truly excellent, which is worth highlighting. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere is friendly; you feel right at home. I highly recommend this restaurant, and I will gladly return.

A wonderful surprise! The welcome is impeccable, always accompanied by a big smile. Both quality and quantity are on point, and the managers know how to welcome guests with simplicity and warmth. We will gladly return on our next visit. Above all, don't change a thing: this expertise and authenticity are becoming all too rare!

Excellent place to have a good meal! Great value 'formules' at lunchtime - 3 courses, including buffet starters and choice of mains and desserts, for just €15 on weekdays. Well cooked food, and friendly service. Well worth a visit, and we will return! Update September 2025: We returned, and very glad we did! The same excellent food, friendly service, outstanding value - and that's in France on a Sunday!! They were happy to modify and adjust the menu to suit my dietary needs, all done with a friendly smile! We will always return here whenever we visit Chauvigny!
